INGREDIENTS:
-1 pork tenderloin (I typically get one around 1 pound for my husband and I, and there isn't normally any leftover)
- 1 TB smoked paprika
- 1 TB cumin
- 1 TB chili powder
- 1 TB pink Himalayan sea salt
- 1 TB garlic powder
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree
2. Grease a glass pan with olive oil, and place pork in pan
3. Sprinkle all seasonings over the pork
4. Squeeze lemon over the pork
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes (for pork tenderloin around 1 lb, longer for larger pieces)
6. Let meat rest for 5 min
7. Slice into pieces and enjoy with remaining juices poured over the pork
